My name is Martina Cephus from New Jersey. I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Silver Sneakers Instructor. I specialize in weight loss and senior exercise programs. After conquering my own weight loss, I have dedicated myself to help others to do the same. I have been recognized for my ability to motivate and enable clients to reach their fitness goals through tailored exercise programs. I take pride in impacting my clients lives.

After years of taking yoga classes in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New Orleans, Pause began her formal yoga training in 2018 at The Yoga Center in North Augusta, SC. She completed her Pranakriya 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Center in 2020 under the instruction of Vladimir Tchakarov and completed her 300-hour Certificate in the fall of 2021. In addition to yoga, Pause has studied Earth and Planetary Sciences and Planetary Geology at Johns Hopkins University and Tulane University, respectively. She has led a varied life as an actor in musical theater productions, and a fire performer and hula hoop dancer in NYC, Atlantic City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Augusta, GA. Pause has chosen to become a yoga instructor to share the deep sense of wellbeing, purpose, and clarity that she has experienced through her personal yoga practice.
Andrea has been a teacher her entire adult life. After four years teaching at the local technical college, she moved to Lowndes High School where she has been for 23 years. She attended her first aerial class last June of 2018 and fell in love with aerial yoga. Admittedly, aerial yoga has been a tremendous stress reliever and an exercise regimen she has been able to stick with over the past year. Andrea recognizes the importance of taking care of one's mental and physical health, and she is excited to help others carve out an hour a day a few times a week to focus on themselves. Her goal is help clients get out of their comfort zone and try something new, exciting, and fun!
Health and wellness has always been an important aspect of my life. I have had the opportunity to compete playing competitive soccer at the highest level as a Division I athlete at the University of North Dakota and then further my career playing professionally in Poland in the Polish Women’s National League. Currently moving around with my husband due to his military career I have had the best opportunities meeting many people and learning different experiences from others. As a certified spin instructor, I love to brighten my clients days through an electric class of high intensity intervals and ultimately having a party on a bike.

Aerial Stretch & Strength
This class elevates your yoga practice with the support of an aerial hammock. Members use a soft fabric hammock that supports them while performing yoga poses. Don’t worry about height or size! Aerial allows you to experience the traditional shapes, postures, strengthening and relaxation of yoga in new planes.

Fit to the Core
Build your core strength and tone your abs, butt and legs all in a 30-minute workout!
An interval training class that mixes bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week and a variety of equipment used, this class is designed to keep the body always guessing and member engagement high!
A HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout combining kickboxing with strength and cardio exercises meant to increase your heart rate and keep your body moving to get the ultimate fat burning workout.
Take the work out of working out with this fun and creative dance class. This class uses full body strengthening and cardio movements to keep you moving through a quick hour dance party!
A ride for everyone! This class includes intervals, rolling hills, sprints, flat roads and jumps set to fun and upbeat music meant to motivate and inspire. A fun class with a great atmosphere, sure to make you sweat.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
An energetic class that combines Latin and international music with entertaining dance moves. This class combines interval training and strengthening movements to improve cardiovascular and overall fitness in a fun dance atmosphere.
Yoga (All Levels)
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga as well as to challenge those students that may be more advanced. The pace of the class varies like life but always flows, playful, full of rhythm, organic and embraces elements of many styles such as yoga nidra, kundalini, yin, vinyasa, hatha yoga, sitting meditation, walking meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong, and restorative yoga. Every class includes pranayama, meditation and mantra. Each class provides personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, energy, and breath–all within a playful, supportive environment. All levels of practice are welcome.
45 minute fast paced class focused on strength and endurance. The class focuses on endurance, stamina, and strength. This class is perfect for all levels to achieve a full body workout using your own bodyweight. The class ends with a brief centering.
45-minute restful practice. With the help of props, the class holds poses from 3-5 minutes each while releasing the pressure held in the body. The class ends with a silent meditation.
30-minute breath flow class. The class moves as one following their natural breath from pose to pose. Through a vinyasa practice we focus on strength, flexibility, concentration, breathwork and meditation. The class opens with a centering and closes with a private meditation.
